Can i edit All-Stars team?

Can i somehow edit All-Stars team in association mode? Please help, because it's shit players like D. Rose played just 2 games in season, R. Westbrook played 8 games are in reserves

only with paid licenses for the teams tab, overriding rotations tab, and the ability to open other save files with RED MC.
