Video Tutorial
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hSJz7mjU_EDO NOT TOUCH THE POINTS "INSIDE" THE JERSEYS.
How I did the edit in the video ended up crashing the game because I moved them. Be sure to leave them where they are.
Here are the
HoS Profiles for Editing Cloth Uniform Models which includes all 15 HoS profiles, the n2km import profile, and the dummy n2km file.

Amazing work once again!
As you plobably saw, the jersey model was imported into a courtLines.n2km
So the jerseys only look wasted like this because the vertices are connected with each other completely random.
But still they are in the right position. It also appears that some of the HoS Columns ( If I understood it right. each column stands for one XYZ coordinate)
are not relevant for the editing process (Example: the 3 vertices over the jersey and the 2 on earch side plus the ones in the jersey). Or are they important for the positioning of the jersey model?
My question is, if somebody who is good at Blender could create an N2KM-file which makes the jerseys look like a real model or at least remove alle the unnecessary data?
Thank's a lot!

well you can move the data around like this. I tried importing it into the jersey n2km file and it came out even more skewed than this.

What are those vertices inside the jersey model that "must" not be touched?
Sun Feb 09, 2014 3:12 am
like, there is a shell which is the uniform itself, then there are vertices inside the uniform, where the body should be. Dont touch the ones that dont make up the shape of the uniform.

this is awesome.

in case you were wondering what it looked like inside a uniform n2km instead of the floor one

IMHO, that is tougher to make out than the floor one.

It's really tough to nail what vertices you want to adjust plus they are seperated to each other unlike in static uniform. My first attemp on the arm hole. FAILED

atleast you are making progress tol...im going to download blender to try that myself.

Why not just use the the skinny values for regular and fat?

If you guys can't handle the random lines/edges/faces, you can do this and it will still work.
Select Edge Select Mode

Press B and select all the edges

Press Delete and choose faces & edges

Switch back to Vertex Select Mode to see the points

Just tested this twice, and both times when I exported the n2km file the HoS profile was still able to find and read the vertex locations.

Thx Jao this really help editing...gonna try it now

If only you could hex edit the vertex faces over as well so editing would be easy peasy.

i tried lining the data up with another model so that could kinda happen, and I couldnt get it working. Not saying it isnt possible, just with baby and toddler, not happening for me.

it's just me or we actually can't open it in 3dsmax? using the same n2km file and the cloth shown properly in blender, but i only see stadium and floor in 3dsmax.
Thu Feb 13, 2014 12:07 am
it should be very small in comparison to the floor, like the size of the width of a line, dead center, try to zoom in

yeps, my bad..it doesn't fit with my custom workspace bcs i limited my view setting, but after i load default setting i can see it

thanks Jao gonna test it now....

I made cloth "butt" fat...

BTW Jao I think profiles are swapped....
regular->fat
skinny->regular
fat->skinny
just my 2 cents....

just a final question Jao...do you think you can extract 3d cloth model of the net? it's in gamedata.iff....maybe near to the net texture....thx....
Wed Feb 19, 2014 11:13 am
yep, looks like it is possible. I think the data points are the same for both points too, which would be helpful. Will try and get a profile for them both tonight.
Wed Feb 19, 2014 1:19 pm
and up in the first post, cant wait to see what you do with them
Wed Feb 19, 2014 5:39 pm
feel like a kid in candy store
gonna try it later today...

How about for crowd Jao? or can you pls make a tutorial on how you manage to hack the file using HoS so we can explore on other files.

Edit: Mine changes only shows during replay only. I've tried quick game and quit/open again the game, default net still appears.
