Question with MyCAREER rotations.

Sat Feb 01, 2014 10:32 am

Hello, this is my first post as a member of this forum, I have to say - it's pretty nice here. I came up with a question with rotations in MyCAREER mode - is it possible to edit my player's team rotations? For example, playoffs are nearby, and I have Marion starting as a SF. I have Ross on the bench, which is not only one of my favourite player, but he plays even better than Marion coming off the bench, so how could I edit these rotations and set up Ross as a starter or give him a little more minutes, as he plays only like 10-20 per game now? I mean, is there any kind of some roster edit which would be free?

Thanks!

It's possible using RED MC (if you purchase a license to make changes in the MyCAREER tab), while the trainer that's stickied in the Releases section is a free option. Whenever you're messing around with your saves you need to be mindful that things can get messed up, so make sure you have a backup before you start editing. Check out the RED MC thread and the aforementioned trainer thread for download links and more info on how to use those utilities.

Thank you for your reply. I've downloaded the trainer, it doesn't really work the way I want, or I don't understand something. I load up my MC, go to the rotations screen, alt+tab and then I load up the trainer. I want the player I want to edit, for example, Shawn Marion. I give take away 10 minutes from his game time, and then add 10 more minutes for Terrence Ross. I alt+tab back to the game, I can see that the rotations has changed. But when I refresh the rotations screen [just select Rotations in the menu again] it changes back to the default ones.

I don't use the trainer myself so I can't offer any more advice. Someone else might be able to chime in here, or you might want to ask for further advice in the trainer thread.
