Shot Feedback is not working

Got gifted 2K14 by a friend on Steam and I been playing it for a bit, but for some reason my shot feedback doesn't work at all. When I first boot up the game, I would go to Presentation, turn it on, go into any mode, start a match, but it would stay off. Then, when I go back into Presentation (doesn't matter if in game or in the main menu), the option is grayed out and I can't change it? Help?

You more than likely have 'Real Shooting %' turned on via the gameplay options. You must change it in order to turn on shot feedback.
