just wanted to notify everyone that i did forget to switch the hornets coach to byron scott, so if u r a stickler for detail u can just change tim floyd to byron scott in coaches.dbf

place xcheads folder in your render folder (program files/easports/nbalive2004/render)

place the coaches.dbf files in your roster save folder (mydocuments/nbalive2004/saves) or copy
and paste changed rows into your coaches.dbf file if my file is different from yours in an
unsatisfactory way

I just placed the coaches.dbf in my roster save folder, but the announcers still say the old coaches name. How do I get them to say the right name?

if u know the coaches id u can, look at the original coaches.dbf in your database files for those, guys like doc rivers and jim o'brien will be there, of course mike woodson wont be so.....just look through it and change the id's of who u want to change

The headshape is nearly perfect.............great JOB!
I like the hair it looks like him, the lighting problem you have, all you have to do is make the one you will be using the lighting on; just a little darker.............. and it will look better in-game.

to quench all your thirsts i created a darker version of humpries for all that use lighting so u all have the choice, and to all that left comments and emails, its sent. to all, i recommend the lit version, im gonna make mods to the not lit, cause the color just aint right for him..so if u dont use lighting let me know and i'll get u the mod version when im done

to logan, a modified version has been made for u with the top of his head longer, heres a preview
