2k14 glitching like crazy!

My 2k14 keeps glitching in game on my career. Randomly a player's jersey or shorts will glitch out and disappear. It's becoming so annoying that it's hard to play the game, some games it happens A LOT some it doesn't happen at all. It's completely random. Are there any patches or mods to fix it? I've been scouring the internet for a fix and without luck I've found nothing.

ive had a few times to.. usually when that happens i pause the game and make sure its its not overheating.
