2K14 pc app unbale to start corectly 0xc000007b

Hi, i have a problem with my nba 2k14 on pc. When i click on nba 2k14 laucher, error comes called "the application unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). My os is Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, i tried to reinstall nba 2k14, and i tried reinstall Windows. My pc is 4gb ram, quad core 2,8 ghz i5, radeon hd 5700.... Pleaze help my!!!!
