HELP: NBA2K MOD TOOL

I'm using NBA 2K-2k12 MOD TOOL 0.198 for NBA 2K14 files, I am going to make some jerseys but I have a problem here:

You can not edit jerseys and cfaces any more with this tool, only logos portraits courts etc
Use 3DM Mod Tool

it doesn't work properly with uniform or CF files, you'll need to use the 3DM tool for that

Do you have an english version of 3DM?
