On the subject of sneakers and gear in general,

Is it possible for you to give everyone ankle wraps to function as socks with Team Color 2? It makes it seem like the Nike elite socks that they wear, and the color is not usually the standard black and white.

I was really just asking bigh0rt to change the gear setting for each player in reditor quickly so I don't have to change it each time and it's more realistic . Plus theres elite socks(or adidas socks, really not sure what they are) in the SJ global I have. But thanks for helping.

Also, my thing on youtube is basically making shoes. I could help by making some kind of shoe file and giving a readme with the proper assignments or something similar. But IDK. I'll see what I can do.

Well this is not the actual mod, this is just a demo mod to help people play a few teams, until I'm done with real roster file and SJ is making us a custom global, I will send him the elite socks .dds files when I get them from Seyers06 and so on...the final global will be different. And won't release until the Official College Hoops 2k14 roster is done and all the files are ready for V1 stages, which is in a few days. I've been working on this roster since 11am today and it's 9pm now.

Be patient, no sense in changing so much in a demo version, when the final release will be completely different and numbered different. I'm already done with 25 teams in Reditor and adding 35 more by tomorrow evening. Hoping to release a version 1 by Wednesday Night...

All the files you've sent me aren't even numbered yet, because I'm still adding appropriate slots for players, based off their real life stats, of who's really playing vs. who's actually listed on the rosters. No bench warmers are making it into the final build. They would have to at least played 1 game all season.

I'll look into the socks for at least some teams. I'll probably continue to add teams to my own roster, as I feel i do a more thorough job than BS has in the past, with accurate gear, cfs, etc that is just impossible to do with a ton of teams. I added Syracuse tonight. Mizzou next. I'm really not interested in 100+ teams. I'd rather have 30+ teams that I'd actually like to either play with or vs. its all good.

Ehhhhh, maybe, but I'd say probably not.

My plan right now is to keep adding current teams. Not looking to go the large route of the big College Hoops mod, but to keep things small, keep Slimm's ratings/tendencies/playbooks/etc. in mind, because I'm really enjoying the game that is coming out of it more so than any other roster set I've played thus far. If it ends up being 20 teams, so be it. 30, great. Somewhere in between, whatever. Everyone should still ultimately end up with the larger College Hoops mod. That's why I'm trying to make as much of this non-overwrite as possible. It's why I'm trying to pay extra detail into getting every single player in their correct gear, correct team gear color, shoes, etc. It's something I couldn't dream of doing on a larger scale, and if someone else can, God bless them. Really this is just a mod for myself to enjoy, that I'm happy to keep releasing as I update for those who want it. Again, though, everyone will ultimately have the large College Hoops mod to dive into presumably soon.

BehindShadows and myself are sharing all the files we have available with one another, so it's not like you're going to miss out on courts/uniforms/faces/whatever using one or the other. Like I said, I'm basically just making a small roster for my own use, that I'm happy to keep updating for anybody who wishes to use it. You're never going to get the depth of teams you're going to get in the College Hoops mod, but I will dive deep into each team I do add, because I enjoy that aspect of things.

DOWNLOAD NCAA 2K14 15-TEAM DEMO v3.0 (ROSTER & SETTINGS)

Directions:

Download each of the following 7-zip files below. Unzip them, and dump all of their contents into your main NBA 2K14 Directory folder. If you've downloaded the 4 files previously, you ONLY need to download the 'NCAA 2K14 v3.0 Add-On'. Then, click on the blue 'Download' button at the bottom of the Download screen, unzip the contents (Roster and Settings), and place those contents in your appdata/Saves folder. Load NCAA Demo roster and NCAA Settings after booting up the game, and enjoy.

ESSENTIAL FILES (You MUST Download These; They shouldn't Overwrite Anything):
