Requesting Roster Update and Jersey for NBA2k11 :)

Hello guys. Happy New Year!!!

hmm.. can i request for an updated roster for this game(nba 2k11) please

someone gave me a roster update already. but still missing some key players like kyrie irving, kemba walker, ricky rubio, damian lillard etc..

is it possible that someone had a roster patch with the players from 2012-14? can somebody share me please. thanks!

and is there anyone who have a Brooklyn jersey for the nets?

BTW. i have a problem on my association game. rookies that where generated by the computer is bug. there are rookies on other teams who are supposed to be drafted until next season and they have 0/expired contracts. how can i get rid of them?

There are all kinds of problems with the association games...but this time I haven't tried the new roster file, I only updated some of the trades so I am not sure what your problem is.

You will need a decent draft class for your game, until then the game tends to go on a weird roll. But here's a hint for you: what I did with my retro association mode was to start my game with all NBA teams (playing as 30 users at once!) instead of just one team. Then you can go to any team's page during the season and act as its manager. This way you can release the annoying rookies and trade whoever you want and change their contracts in game from the 'edit player' sub-menu (no REDitor experience is necessary for this method). You can even decide whom to retire if you change players ages and give them the max. 45 yrs old value (the next season they will simply disappear - which is a good strategy to empty spots in your roster file automatically so there is space to add new draftees every year). I hope this will help.

It is NOT really my roster, I just updated the lineups.

If you paid attention to everything that was said in the thread I gave to you, you should know there are a few missing players or at least their CFs & portraits are still missing because we didn't get them from the original (Chinese) patcher. But if you followed the steps I pointed out you should have 99% of the players in the game.

can i make a request? you see your the only active guy who is willing to help help me, so i will take this opportunity

Well, yeah...I guess there are not many people who appreciate 2K11 to its real value because they all follow the trend and use the newer games. In my opinion 2K Sport's peak game was and still is 2K11 despite the "shininess" of the latter.

OK, start by uninstalling your game (it is very important to have a fresh new install!), then...

1. Re-install it by default to path: C:/Program Files...blablabla.

2. Download, unzip & copy these to your new installed (main) game folder

3. Download & unzip the patch from last season (2012-2013) first, then find and copy to your new installed (main) game folder ONLY the cyberfaces/CFs from that package (basically you need the png files starting with number 8000 onward because those are the rookies for last year).

4. Add the updated roster file I've made for the 2013-2014 season to the Saves folder of your new installed game. All I did was to put players on their actual teams roster, and to correct the IDs for the rookies so they can have a face and a portrait which btw I didn't create. A few players are still missing and 1% have no CFs nor portraits because we didn't get them from the original Chinese patcher).

5. (optional) Use my Game Sliders for a better/realistic gameplay experience by copying it to the Saves folder of your new installed game.

Follow this installation step by step and you should be OK. But tell me if you managed. This is what I have installed on my laptop and it is working great. But as I said I am not playing with the actual season and I have no time to adjust player's ratings created by the Chinese patcher(s) because I am too busy to play with the retro mods instead. Anyway, have fun!

I can't give you the original files but I will give you 2 versions of Barclays center: http://rapidshare.com/share/92B08DD0765 ... 7AA3D5B406 Btw, they are from the packs you just downloaded so I don't see why your game crashes. There could be another reason for that but don't ask me, my game never crashed after installing the patches in the links.

P.S. If you ever finish editing player's ratings please feel free to share. I wonder how will they look like.

idk too why the game crashes. maybe because i installed some files that i got from other website. its working now, but when i play home team (nets) the crowd is dead, i mean they are not making huge noise every time i score a basket . LOL. not yet done with the ratings, i will when im finish. thanks!

another problem is every time i created a team the players names were mixed up. like i duplicate deron williams after i press ok he will give me a player named deron mason?, lol. just the names, the players cf, rating every thing is fine, only their names always got mixed up. how to fix?

I have no idea, I never created players with the in-game creator. I think you are on your own now that you started experimenting with different things not related to the patches we are all using. The only thing I can say is...have fun!

hahaha..i think i messed things up! but all are still good except for the nets team on my game. can i ask you a favor one last time?

can you send me the same roster file, just add a created team containing all the players of the nets and name it brooklyn nets? because as i said when i try to do it their names got mixed. thanks again and again and again

Sorry I don't work on this roster anymore. As I said the roster file has no errors in it so you should download it again and bang, you have yourself a playable Nets!
