ill pay for it of course i plan to make a legal download i just dont want to use steam and unfortunately the nasty town i currently reside in doesnt have the disc version in stock anywhere literally...best buy, walmart, target, kmart, miejersm, all the gamestops, hh gregg, sears, toys r us...you name it....a couple places one including a game store (and it was the manager) actually told me that they dont make 2k for the PC...lmao

nope. It is either Disc or Steam. You can order the disc version online and have it shipped to you though.
