Please Help, uploading pictures

how to post pictures in a forum? after i upload some pictures & logout, it says you do not have permission to view files attached to this post. so that everyone could the files i uploaded. but when i'm login i can see my uploaded files. can someone help thanks..

you have to be logged in to see attached files

you can use an external host, like http://www.imgur.com or another image hosting site if you'd like, then use the image bbcode to embed - faq.php?mode=bbcode

you mean i can't see attached files when i'm not logged in? but other users can see my uploaded files even if i'm not logged in?
