Request: Transfer roster from 2k13 xbox to 2k13 pc

Not sure if it is possible or if anyone's willing, but I would like to transfer a couple rosters from 2K13 Xbox to 2K14 PC.
Edit: I actually would like to convert them to 2K13 PC and not 2K14 because I forgot about UBR 2K14 coming out
