Having problem with hairstyles and tatoos

I'm having trouble with hairstyles and tatoos. I'm playing in my career mode, and when i go edit player, in body and head menu, hairstyles and tatoos doesn't appear. Is this problem related with some previous saved files, or? I was played this game before 2-3 weeks and no problem, i was able to change hairstyles and tatoos on my player.
I was looking for solution on Google, but seems that nobody had this issue, so far.

English isn't my first language

I found it. In main menu, features, my player and then edit my player. Under my career menu and edit player can't change hairstyles. Menus on 2k versions isn't good.
So, delete this thread.
