Probobly, Unless it's like the current gen's sports launch was, IIRC Madden 06 was pretty much 6th gen Madden in HD with a lot of features removed.

I don't think we have concrete confirmation either way yet; not much (if anything) has been said about game modes in next gen at this juncture.
