VIDEO: NBA LIVE 14 Trailer Preview

Well, a gameplay video is coming this Friday. It's not as though 2K has given us a huge glimpse of 2K14 next gen, either.

Yeah, unless Live makes a boom tomorrow, they could be dead.

I wouldn't go that far, but they do need to bring it all the same.

Even EA knows that Live 14 will gonna be epic failure... They would show us some real gameplay videos if they would sure their game rocks... They will keep it "top secret" 'till is too late for all those people who pre-ordered bag of unknown trash... 2K next gen NBA game will stomp on EA's joke and that my friends will be nail in the coffin for Live series...
Let's all hope I'm wrong, but as far I'm see chances are really slim...
At least we will get one spectacular NBA game on next gen and that's enough for me... cheers

The video says the footage is coming friday, but people still complaining that there's no game play footage!! And anyone who pre-ordered either game without seeing them first is an idiot!! No need to pre-order back in August lol

NBA Live also is aware of 2K can bring, but they have to focus on their product, and people that love NBA Live will appreciate that. Also what's the problem with having two games? people always complain that there's no competition in the sports genre but they want Live to fail...makes no logical sense

I hate that too, but sometimes I feel like EA Sports wants to fail. Like in this teaser, they show close up how the ball goes in with an awful net animation. They didn't need to show that.

@EASPORTSNBA just tweeted that we'll be seeing "legit" 5on5 gameplay tomorrow morning.

No surprise there, they'd already announced it was coming with the teaser video.

Mr LostSoul was confused if it was just going to be a trailer type video or actual 5on5 so I was just clearing up any confusion.

My understanding is that it is a trailer, but it will feature legit 5-on-5 gameplay. In any case, a gameplay video is coming tomorrow.

well, technically the Irving vs Knicks trailer would be "legit" 5on5 thing. Judging by the teaser we will probably get more actual gameplay views (unlike the OMG trailer) but chopped up with camera angles.

If it's slick and shows off some good, promising stuff then that'll be nice to see, but camera cuts do invite questions as to whether anything is being hidden. I'd like to see a good mix.
