one question.

what tool you use to scale 256*256 dds to 1024*1024 dds in iff files i want to edit the shoe editor files 4 better performance.

but with the Nba2KX_ModTool 2k12 i CAN ONLY IMPORT SAME sizes the 3DM4.83 mod tool crashes.

Ive seen you done it in 2k13 with the reebok from iverson.
