List all players. Sometime is roster, sometime is cfs files fault, if there is still some bad skin tone im almost 100% sure there is always cfs files fault. List them all and i will see what i can do. Please understand im always open on constructive critisism but i need complete help. So if u see some issue, dont just post bout this, but think how u can help. So in this case please post all players(and which part is to dark or to light) u notice and i will try to fix it but im not the cfs guy so i will ask portlandblazer for some fixes. I will not ask for this kind of help when i was creating only one roster, but on multiple roster project i need any help.

Funny thing i checked Barkley, Johnson, Knight and Dumas- all these guys looks ok for me.
Pippen is to light but overall, skin tones of parts of body is accurate.

i did some research, although i didn't have too much time since i was tired after work.

it seems that lagoa v6 global has issues with retro rosters skin tones. because i checked regular '93 bulls team from the classics team selection (i loaded 2014 roster) and it has same skin tones like in '93 roster.

then i checked 2014 teams and all of them have correct skin tones. after that i put latest seanjohn global and checked '93 bulls and suns and everything looked far more better and more realistic in terms of skin tone.

so my guess is that somehow lagoa global v6 has (in my opinion) strange effect on retro rosters. maybe for someone this is ok, but i prefer realistic black players skin tone, and with lagoa's v6 global, many skin tones in '93 were too bright.


EDIT: regarding your previous post, i'll try to be more precise during the weekend. like i said, barkley is ok with this v9 update, but many other players have similiar (bright) skin color like barkley with lagoa v6 global (johnson, pippen, dumas, armstrong, knight...). and it's not part of the body, but whole player from head, face to arms and legs. as soon as i tested seanjohn global, skin color went darker (more realistic like they really look).

Well dumas and barkley arent so dark, but your discover can change something. Because i never thought global work so deeply. Other thing is that i thought there is some issue with head skin tone compare with other parts of body.
Anyway good to hear that changing global fix your problems.

now that you mentioned above about possibility of different colors of head vs other parts of body, i noticed that kevin johnson's cf is brighter than rest of the body. i hope you will be able to fix it (cf needs to be darker, like rest of body, not the opposite).

also when i turn back memory, i remember when you released first v1 version of '93 mod, suns were the team with many errors in that department. and it also seems some globals have effect too. lagoa v6 makes black players from retro modes too bright.

p.s. i didn't have time to check yet, but did you manage to fix tyrone corbin and other players with 2k error (fingers aroun neck)?

download jsgme and you wont have to worry about overwriting any original shoe files.

Portlandblazer now when u got almost all files maybe u start working on your own roster, for example 1996/97. Ofc after i release 1998, but just wonder if u can try, u will help me a lot. I know u are using free reditor but u can do a lot with this tool. Rest is just courts and coaches. Jerseys are similar to 97/98.

at the moment im not sure i feel like taking on another roster project. 98 was exhausting. i want to maybe do a small bit of editing on 93 and play with 93 and 98 a bit, i just got 2k13 a few months ago and have spent way more time editing than playing. i just started learning how to mod on pc, i was a 360 editor for years so im still learning some of this stuff.

the main issue is i dont see a ton of interest in 2k13 now that 14 is out. i dont want to spend another month of my free time making something that only a handful of people will care about. if someone makes an editing tool soon i would be willing to help convert some of these rosters over to 14 and maybe add some more 90s and 80s. ive seen a few requests for an 80s roster and was thinking about 87 or 88 but we'll have to see, right now i need a break.

So how should i feel after all of this? Over hyper exhausted? haha just kiddin. Ok i understand, but u should know that converting into 2k14 will be very hard, even if we got all files ready. Simple example. Draft classes, all must be build again from zero. Wait for your last touches in 93 and see ya in 2k14 where i will need your help so much.

agree with everything, but one 80's season would be something interesting but this will take a lot of time and effort...A LOT.

Overall, this is a total true conversion to 2k14!!! I'm sure you spent a lot of time on this! It's very impressive!!! I have 2k14 but the bug with the defenders not guarding the 3 point line makes it unplayable for me!!!

1) I've only noticed one missing thing thus far and that is no portrait for Celtic's head coach B. Stevens.

2) I would totally bow down to u if you can also fix the bug that doesn't give the team with the better record home court advantage in the championship!

3) When we you play season mode, at the beginning of the season, it shows pics and updates for the beginning of the year 2012. I have 2k14 too. I'm assuming that it's possible for me to drag files over so that it would show pics and updates for year 2013. Would you by any chance know which file I need to replace for that?

Issue with 2k14: Defenders do not guard the 3 point lines. When u have the ball slightly behind the 3 point line, defender will come up and stand a few meters away and just relax. They don't try to steal, try to pressure you, or do anything. You can shoot it and they always contest the shot late. What's even worse is that if you just swing the ball, the defenders will adjust for help defense and when you swing it back, you guy is wide open. If you choose not to shoot, the defender just comes and relax a few meters from u again. No pressure or anything. U shoot, the defender again contest the shoot late.

well, there is something i wanted to ask you a long time ago, but i always forgot - can you, from now on, pack only latest versions of each roster in rosters folder? for example, only v4, v3...etc. i don't see point of putting all versions in the pack when the latest one is more polished, with fixed issues and more up to date. not to mention that each time you release a new pack i have to delete first versions, just in case i don't load them by accident
