95/96 Season Roster Preview

I have both and I think Slam Harder's is a little bit better.....here's hoping that we see the complete release of this patch very soon!!

Hey andrew what have you done with shaq's bodyshape??
I think he wasn't that fat.
He was more athletic.
He had only 8 % bodyfat they say!!!!

I don't think I've changed it. I'll certainly check on that.

Hey Andrew - Great project you have going here.
It inspired me to create a cyberface - to help you finish the roster sooner, and to get the whole thing better.
So i decided to make Anthony Mason, cus after i saw on NBA.com that he didn't play last season, i thought he didn't have a cyberface in-game, so i made one for him... But i soon found out that he already had one, but anyway, i still think mine is better.
I gave him the hair he had when he was with Knicks (GO KNICKS! ), updated his face and his headshape with the help of some really good pictures. So here it is, hope you'll like it and can use it:

PS: I'd be glad to make a lot more faces and stuff, but i'm going to Germany tomorrow, so that won't be before next week.

Thanks Psychopaticola, I'd still like to include some retro faces for players who are in the default rosters. If you have some time to create more faces, that would be great. Soulstar was working on quite a few, but unfortunately he seems to have left the community.

What faces do you need. I can give it a go.

There's about 20 faces that need to be done in this zip file. I also need a Dennis Rodman patch.

I got Bryant Reeves and Bobby Phils for sure. Someone had a Price face.

I will try to help you get some faces Andrew. I just recently took up patching and I'll do my best.

No, the pics in the .zip are originals from NBA Live 2000 that could be converted for use with NBA Live 2004.

Yes, they'll need to be re-sized and either have appropriate headshapes created or borrowed from the default players.

Thanks Pirate, I'm very appreciative of any cyberfaces that can be made. There's only one NBA team left to complete. I'm pretty confident that this will be done before Live 2005 is out (I'll start work on the Live 2005 version of this patch much, much earlier).

If anyone has a Lawrence Moten Picture or Face from previos Live I want it. Grizzlies were my team back then. I'll take any of the old Grizzlie faces like Blue Edwards or Greg Anthony

Only a couple of the cyberfaces will be different - some players will have retro faces - but that can easily be fixed.

Terry Cummings was in NBA Live 2000, though I don't think I included his face in the major.zip batch.

It's simply a matter of deleting the appropriate CustomArt folder. For example, Slam Harder has made a retro Latrell Sprewell face patch that will be included in the patch. To restore his old cyberface you would simply delete the lasprew folder in render/xplayer.
