Couple Questions

Hello,

I've got a few questions. First of all how can a SF (all-around) get lockdown defender? I have both attributes to 85 but it wants 90. Also where can I go to find mycrew people to play with. In nba2k11 I found it easier to join crews to play. I'm a 92 or 93 SF overall been playing nonstop looking to play online with people. I am the highest it can be at. 85 on each attribute category. Im a All-Around SF 6'8
