Team Review for NBA 2k14

Well, I just want to make a thread to gather opinion about team to use in association, so please give us your review about teams (I think it's work best as the team you choose to play since that way, you could understand the team better)
Team:
Pro: (Ex: Miami big 3,Laker Kobe,...)
Cons: (Ex: Laker, Bulls over the cap, Celtic has almost nothing left...)
What to enjoy: (Ex: Detroit enjoy develope Drummond, Heat enjoy their reign,...)

Team: Lakers
Pro: Uh...you have loads of cash next season & can throw money at Monroe without Detroit matching?
Cons: You stink it up the first season. You're stuck with D'Antoni even in game because you don't have money to hire anyone else.
What to enjoy: First season; nothing. Second season; building the team with players you like.

Team: Dallas Mavericks
Pro: has a shit ton of money but nobody wants to sign for some reason even though having one of the best franchise player that is willing to sign for less money and willing to become the robin of the team for the sake of winning.
Cons: Backcourt defense, Monta Ellis chucking, Carlisle refusing to play any rookie and having an occasional 3 guard lineup(might happen because of devin harris)
What to enjoy: Dirk Nowitzki having the motivation to play again, Vince Carter

Team: Philadelphia 76ers
Pro: Young team with potential
Cons: Kwame Brown
What to enjoy: Fast offense, Noel & Hawes block party
