What if the PTGs Mode takes you back to his high school days in Akron, Ohio? Young LeBron would have more hair, a lower sitting head band and stickers on his tattoos. His game would be different, but the competition would be well...at his mercy more than the NBA is today.
Considering that the mode has already been confirmed as beginning in the present day with no historical content, I'm not sure why he's speculating on that possibility. It would've been cool, but from all accounts it's not happening.
