Well, that is basically the same as 2K13. But I do hope they will add more new animations.

Its true, but only half way.
Look at 2k12 and compare with 2k13,based on the same current engine. The game look a lot better from MY point of view.
Used engine cant be only one explanation for this situation, if we can talk about explanation, when we talk about producing games. Game look how it look, want to buy it, go for buy it.

The point is, current gen is no longer a priority. They're not looking to innovate or make the graphics any better for that version, as focus shifts to the next gen version.
