Cool, I guess. If it means better and more frequent official rosters, so much the better for people who aren't relying on community made rosters (or can't, as is the case with Online Association). It might also mean a better base from which to create an unofficial roster.

Still...haven't they had the partnership with Stats Inc for some time now? Does this mean they're actually going to make use of it over the Insider's insight? As far as the frequency is concerned, they're still being a bit vague about that as well. Their track record isn't stellar when it comes to roster updates, so we're going to have to see how this one pans out. Promising at least, I suppose.

Maybe they got it automated removing the need for the 2K Insider's awesomely accurate and logical ratings changes.

I really hate the Hot/Cold streaks that come with these updates, I hope you can turn them off, I'd rather them just tweak the ratings based on performances. I know with past live games you can turn them off, with 2K, I'm not really sure, they like to control all that

I hope this time living roster will work like we all want it to work.
I remember how i was happy when i heard about living rosters, but when game comes out i used this once.
Good news is they know previous living roster works....like it works.

There was certainly dissatisfaction with the rosters and a desire to see them get better, I suppose.

People were probably pissed that Kobe wasn't rated with a 99 overall with each official roster update.

I believe I'm pretty much burned out on anything this gen now. I haven't cared one bit about 2k14 and usually every year I'm amped to pickup the new game. This year I haven't even really acknowledged it besides the E3 reveal of the PS4 gameplay. Everything they are saying or are showing is pretty meh to me as I see as something that's been there to begin with, I guess the one positive is that PC will get the ASW so in association we can play the dunk contest and three point shootout.
