I just went online to pre-order GTA V but now I'm in dilemma. Is anyone getting a special edition? Will it be worth extra $20?

Special Edition Features:

Collectible Steelbook: Full of exclusive content, this Steelbook has custom colour and metallic treatments that bring out the details of the Michael, Trevor, and Franklin artwork.

Blueprint map: The exclusive 21.5" x 26.75" map displays a detailed blueprint view of Los Santos and Blaine County.

Special Ability boost: This boost enhances the unique special ability inherent to each protagonist by making the special ability bar generate 25% faster.

Stunt plane trials: Test your skills by completing additional aerial challenges throughout Los Santos and Blaine County.

Bonus appearance customizations: Get additional outfits, character-specific tattoos, and special shopkeeper deals for each protagonist.

More weapons: Get access to free special weapons when you visit ammunition stores in single-player mode, including the Pistol .50, Bullpup Shotgon and melee Hammer.

Sounds pretty cool. But then no real bonus for online mode.

So which one are you guys getting? Special or regular? Or even Collectors Edition?

EDIT: Oh... And this for Jao.
Grand Theft Auto V ships on one disc and will install content as soon as you insert the game. The install is roughly 8GB, and players will be able to play as soon as the install is complete.

Seems like the game requires a full installation(or close to) anyways unless that 8GB consists must-download content(which I doubt considering offline players). So I don't think digital version is necessary.

It's still available for Aussie gamers, according to this listing:

Still requires disc in drive, Live 10 must not budge

Aww... I get a short end of the deal once again. :|

So I guess that CE includes Special Edition as well, in-game perks and advantage. That's cheating. You don't get to brag about how good you are with this game anymore.

And I can't wait to rob them.

the in game perks are not a big deal really. the major one is the faster regain on the special ability. nothing else is really a boost. i really want the cars though and mostly got it for the physical items

Unique Vehicles and Garage Property - players will instantly receive a garage to store custom vehicles. In single-player, the garage will be stocked with the 1930's style Hotknife hotrod and the CarbonRS sports bike. In Grand Theft Auto Online, players will get the high-end Khamelion electric car

Will you let me test drive it? I promise I won't wreck it.

I'm hoping that stuff will be DLC that's available to everyone at some point. I'd rather drop a few extra bucks on some additional content after I've got the game than pay a lot more to pre-order an edition with collectibles that are cool and all, but I can do without.
