CREW mode returns to NBA 2K14. The single-most requested game mode is back! Face off against opposing crews online using your MyPLAYER. For those asking, yes full court 5v5. Community Team up guys were playing a 3v3 halfcourt game. CREWS 3v3 or 5v5 at this time.

Crews feature 3v3 half court or 5v5 full court with name/logo customization & leaderboards.

Not really in favor of taking features out things then putting them back in a few editions later and promoting them as if it's a new feature. Pretty sleazy practice if you ask me. I think the NBA2k series are repeat offenders of this? Maybe I'm wrong.

...wow, what a disappointment. It's just the MyPLAYER blacktop online mode from this year....but with a "team" without uniforms, crowds, or any of that. Just....DUMB.

EA has a huge opening here with EASBA if they can get that in.

I post the video but I'm forget to commenting about it...LOL... Whatever, at least we have crew in any kind of gaming platform and it's a hope for me about 2k15 'cause Leftos'll more inside of development of game I think and he could give us crew, dunk contest and any other thing we can't get in pc... And even I play nba 2k13 in pc, I still think they shouldn't give us crew 'cause of all this cheaters in pc gaming (I know a lot of people'll disagree me)... they're everywhere and I HATE THEM...

EA have done it, THQ have also done it with their WWE series in years past, so it's not that uncommon. I don't entirely disagree with you but I also don't think that they intentionally remove features just so that they can reintroduce them later and hype the game that way. More likely, they were removed for technical/design reasons and because getting them back into the game is something fans want to see, they do make a big deal out of it.

The video really pissed me off as does most of 2K's advertising before the game is released. The funny thing is I always end up more irritated than excited after hearing 2K try to hype up their game but I still end up buying it.

I also find it funny how they spent half the video talking about leaderboards like it's some new intuitive feature in gaming.

When it comes to sports games, I don't know about that. We are certainly the minority, a niche market.

I would just settle for MyPlayer Blacktop honestly. Was never a huge fan of crew, but I do want a way to battle other people's players with my own.

Good commentary of IpodKingCarter, still i dont like their hype about crew mode like its something new. They just shouldnt cut this mode from 2k12 and 2k13.
BTW. is there any news about graphical detail in one of the online mode?
