For the love of Kobe old man, the first rule of Steam Sales is only buy daily deals until the last day. Second rule of Steam Sales is only buy from flash sales. Third rule of Steam Sales is only buy community choice sales. Fourth rule is to send Gaben your naked pics, the most important rule.

You'd probably won't have trouble naming your different crews since there's a lot to choose from the Celtics.

I picked er up as well. Awesome game. Even on Easy I'm terrible. I thought I had just about the best ship possible, got to the final "level" and got my ass kicked almost immediately by guys that just repaired their shields wayyyyyyy too fast for me to get a hit. bastards

Even on Easy I'm terrible.

Take it easy on yourself man it's not you it's the game.
The programmers made it 'not easy' that's why there is no hard setting in the game.

The game is definitely designed to be hard. We're using the difficulty names not in compared to other games / expectations, but compared to what we've designed the 'typical' experience to be.

'Normal' is the normal game. It's what the game is designed/balanced for and intended to be.

'Easy' is for new players or those that prefer a slightly less hardcore experience.

I didn't want to use 'normal' and 'hard' because 'hard' suggests something that most players shouldn't necessarily attempt. In order to experience the game as it was intended it, the player should play (or at least try) 'normal,' hence the name.

I also hope to add an even harder difficulty at one point.

Think of it like Dark Souls/Demon's Souls. Very hard games. But their one difficulty would still just be the 'normal' difficulty.

finally got a day off work (sorta, half day) so i could actually got to playing this. pretty damn fun game. the fact that i only paid 2 bucks for it just makes me that much happier

I decided that after many, many deaths i would no longer torture shadow and benji in the exploration of Space. In an attempt to get past the third sector or so, I decided to go with a built in teamwork aspect and brought my twin best friends along.

We managed to survive all the way to the last stand, somehow not being blown up or destroyed on the way. The only crew members lost were a scraggler engi and zoltan we picked up along the way. Yay Earth!

As we flew around the war's front line, i realized there was no choice but to attack the mothership.

I chose to conscientiously object, and survive. Whoever wins the war, well, at least we're alive.

My crew was then all killed by the enemy when they took the base.

Shit.

The ship NLSC Homer begins its exploration...of...SPAAACE...



They find a Knicks supporter!



The oxygen generator, engine room, and weapons bay all caught fire.
NovU, SOFnAwesome, and rest of the crew couldn't handle the heat and died.
graybakflip survived as the lone crew...



With an influx of cash from some space Russian billionaire, graybakflip was able to buy slaves to form a new crew and continue the adventure...

RECORD BREAKING!

Just finished my first flight. I made 1 step and died. I killed the enemy ship successfully but then fire got uncontrollable. Then fire killed off oxygen Generator. Hell broke loose basically.

just got an extra key through the humble bundle, anyone want the game?

If the game is playable on Mac I'd happily take it.
