Yea I agree! Releasing the lowest rated players is the way to go!

No I haven't tried it yet.

Great info! I'll keep this in mind.

No I'm not releasing the lowest rated player. I'll probably just add the rookies to the current rosters and overload the teams instead.

mufcrlz wrote:Med please make a roster with the rookies! I love your roster and I will be very disappointed if I can't play with the rookies on your roster.I will be forced to download another roster :/

I didn't know the roster was this much in demand really. I have a plan to release a v1.2 (no more v1.1c) with laker92 on or before June 30 (a day before Free Agency)

v1.2 will include:
-Celtics-Nets Trade and Pelicans-76ers Trade
-NBA Draft Rookies (55 out of 60) [I need
-jampasir's Shoe Pack IIIB
-Coach Updates (head & assistant)

BIG QUESTION

With the clone feature coming out later than expected, would you prefer it if I removed the Celebrity Team & 2K Sports Team to make room for 2 more retro teams? If yes, here is the list of teams to vote for. You can only vote for two so please choose wisely. It's a tough decision.

I never really thought a lot of people like having to keep downloading updates lol.

Votes so far:
1985-1986 Houston Rockets = 1
1992-1993 Phoenix Suns = 3
1994-1995 Houston Rockets = 2
2005-2006 Miami Heat = 2

Please take note of the following before voting:
The '04 Lakers, Pistons, and Timberwolves are the last teams in the retro list. If a team from '06 is picked (for example: Heat) they would be 2 years apart from those 3 '04 teams)
The 1976-1977 Philadelphia 76ers are the only team in the original retro teams from that time period. The 1977-1978 San Antonio Spurs that has George Gervin has been proposed to rival Julius Erving's '77 76ers.

Re: Med's Ultimate Roster v1.1b RELEASED

Sat Jun 29, 2013 5:12 am

92-93 Phoenix Suns
99-00 Detroit Piston

What about Lebron rookie year?

Re: Med's Ultimate Roster v1.1b RELEASED

Sat Jun 29, 2013 5:50 am

92-93 suns, 77-78 spurs. (97 heat are tempting so if one of the other two fall out i wouldn't mind changing my vote)

'92 Suns and '94 Rockets here. (Y)

Vote Tally

2005-2006 Miami Heat = 4
2005-2006 Washington Wizards = 1

About LeBron's rookie year, 2003-2004 Cleveland Cavaliers, they didn't make the playoffs so.

I'm really wondering why you guys keep picking the '06 Heat. They're most likely not gonna face any team at all lol. The '06 Mavs won't make it at all and the '04 Pistons are the only team left that's close (which also still 2 years apart) You guys really want to play the '06 Heat against today's teams or something? lol

I swear if this team makes it I will cry

oh and

I love you

Everyone remember the '95 Rockets were the 6th seed and the lowest seed to win an NBA Championship everrrrr

But It's not like the pistons roster drastically changed over those 2 years.

put a team on there Med that you don't have on there already i believe it should be to 99-00 pistons i am not a piston fan eventhough I am from the D but to see Grant Hill with Stackhouse would be a great combination to the play with on 2k13 its pointless to play with the same player multiple times, it's enough Shaq in the game, it's enough hakeem in the game Let's see something different!

Maybe you mean the Rockets. But yeah trading Otis Thorpe for Clyde Drexler is pretty big. It's kind of like comparing the '12 Heat (no Ray and Birdman) and the '13 Heat (with Ray and Birdman) or the '12 Celtics (Ray) and the '13 Celtics (Jet)

Problem with that team is they were only 42-40 and got swept 3-0 by the Miami Heat in the first round. Although I do agree with something different that's why I want to push the '78 Spurs or the '00 Team USA. But we have to consider myself too. I need to make rosters with the resources I have NOW.

Another team to consider would be the 2000-2001 Los Angeles Lakers. The middle year of the three-peat where they went 12-1 in the NBA Playoffs where they can face the '01 76ers, '00 Trail Blazers, and '02 Kings because it was still practically the same team over the years.

Please note that I am still missing some players:
Gordan Giricek - '03 Magic (no CF) [Starter]
Keon Clark - '02 Raptors (no CF) [Bench]
Andrew Toney - '85 76ers (has CF for v1.2) [Starter]
Happy Hariston - '71 & '72 Lakers (has CF for v1.2)

1977-1978 San Antonio Spurs = 1
1985-1986 Houston Rockets = 1
1992-1993 Phoenix Suns = 9
1994-1995 Houston Rockets = 4
1999-2000 Detroit Pistons = 2
2002-2003 Dallas Mavericks = 1
2004-2005 New Jersey Nets = 2
2005-2006 Miami Heat = 4
2005-2006 Washington Wizards = 1

I'd go with these two teams.
1992-1993 Phoenix Suns
1994-1995 Houston Rockets

Though I would of love to see Wade & Shaq together, but as you said it wouldn't mean much since they really wouldn't have anyone to match up against.
