First Look at Next-Gen during Sony Press Conference

As noted by 2K Sports’ social media accounts, a first glimpse of the next-generation version of NBA 2K14 will be shown during tonight’s Sony Press Conference, which is scheduled for 6PM PDT, 1AM GMT. We will, of course, have the scoop for you during and after the Sony Press Conference. We will add links for the live stream of the Sony Press Conference as they become available.

its not going to release a month before the NG versions and be NG, if it was NG it wouldnt cost $30.

Oh well. Time to buy a console.

Looks good!

A couple of the facial animations looked a little off while "Video Game James" was talking, but aside from that, pretty nice. Not a lot to go on as far as the overall gameplay is concerned, but 2K's track record is obviously pretty good in that respect.

Looks Awesome! I drooled while watching it on the E3 2013 PS4. I like the new animation on the running.

I saw LIVE14 trailer first, after i saw 2K14 i thought it was like a step down in the graphics compared to LIVE. idk but i think this has always been the case in the past:

LIVE = better graphics?
2K = better motion and gameplay?

Well, it's worth noting that the NBA Live 14 Trailer was CGI. The NBA 2K14 trailer has been confirmed as having actual (pre-alpha) gameplay footage.

And the jerseys look good this time... Looks tight and not to baggy.

Eh the graphics aren't impressive. That look can be achieved on a PC with the right mods.

The size of Videogame James' mouth when he yelled scared me.

So next-gen means having 'new' features that were around a decade ago...

For some reason LeBron's in game face made me shiver a little bit. He looked a lot like Baron Davis to me for some reason, hopefully modding won't be too hard to figure out for the game, because I think cyberface upgrades are in order already... The movement looked really nice though for the players.
