Loading Problem

Help! My game crashes everytime i load my dynasty. I go to load game, then i click on my dynasty and load it. And after it says game loaded, it crashes. I have the new patch too. I think it is a problem with my players.dbf because when i put it into another dynasty folder (which did not crash before), that dynasty also crashed on loading. please help me! Is it a problem with my players.dbf? Or wat is it and how can i fix it?

When you copied your Dynasty to a different slot, did you copy the save.dat file too? Identical save.dat files in multiple save slots will cause crashes.

No i just copied the players.dbf (from the crashing dynasty) and replaced it into another dynasty. This was to see if players.dbf was the reason, the dynasty was crashing. And i think it was because the new dynasty crashed too. So im wondering if players.dbf is the reason my dynasty crashes on the load. or if there is another reason, it crashes.. and how to fix this...

you have to start you Dynasty mode from the beginig or just copy players file form another slot and then try to do same changes like in your old Dynasty.

Sounds like there's definitely a problem with the DBF file...have you edited the DBF in any way since starting the Dynasty?

Yes, i have edited the dbf. But ive been doin that for weeks now and it didnt cause any problems until now.
Another weired thing is that, it sometimes works.. I can get into the dynasty soemtimes, but other times it just crashes and brings me back to the desktop.

That's very odd. If the DBF has been corrupted, it should crash every time. I don't know what to suggest.

Does anyone have a solution? Mine crashes too, it was working fine until I decided to reboot Windows. I have since restored only the save folders in the database in My Documents, and this is a first time for me. Reinstalling doesn't help, please advise.

Same here my I can't start my dynasty. Earlier I copied by players.dbt to another save, is this the problem. If so how can it be corrected.
