Problem with tattoo adding.

Hi Everybody, Today i decided to add a far cry 3 tatau on a cyberface that i added to myplayer, what i wanna know is that the steps that i'm doing are Ok.
First, i open the png of the cyberface with the 3Dm NBA Mod, then i export the file that have the arms to add the tattoo, after edit it and make sure that was on the right place, i import it into the file, and finally replaced the edited png for the original.
I already checked that the tattoo is on the png many times, but in the game it' doesn't appear.

Here is a cap. from the edited arm, please tell me if i put it on a diferent place, for thoose who never play Far cry 3, the tattoo soppose to be from the elbow to the wrist.

1) you tattoo will be on right arm
2) save this file in dds without alpha (DXT1) with nVidia dds plugin for Photoshop or for Gimp
3) import edited image to cyberface file
4) save the file and put it into game main folder

It' worked! but i have another problem, when i start the game, during a match (except replays and zoom) the tattos are far below of where have to be. Any solution?
