Help -> Decompressing files

I rember in 2k13 you hav to decompress files to use it in mod tool, but 2k12 decompressor doesn't work for 2k13 files. Can someone explain me how to decompress files this year?

I've used the 2K12 decompressor without issue, but you can use the 2K12 mod tool to decompress iff files simply by opening them
