Go to the Start Menu and either Run or Search, then type in %AppData%. You'll find the 2K Sports folder in there, simply go to NBA 2K13 and you'll see your NBA 2K13 data folders including the save folder and downloaded updates under Online Data.

All updated shoes are in the Online Data\downloads folder), the shoes folder is empty. If its absence is causing problems, you could probably just create it yourself.

The problem is, i can't play with the Online data folder, i have to NOT use it, since it doesnt allow a different scoreboard, else will crash.

Well, like I said, the shoes folder is usually empty. If you need it, create it.

Okay, thanks.

What about the "conflict" the scoreboard is causing?

Could i paste the online data content to the Main folder of 2k13?

If you're using a custom scoreboard, try this:
NBA 2K13 Keep My Mod
