The man that dominated the basketball world like no other during his awe-inspiring career has decided to hang up his executive title and return to the court for the love of the game.

"I am returning as a player to the game I love because during the last year and a half, as a member of the Washington Wizards' management, I enjoyed working with our players, and sharing my own experience as a player," said Michael Jordan, who is returning from his second retirement and has not competed in an NBA game in three years.

"When I left the game, I left something on the floor. When I retired last time, I didn't say I was ready to quit the game," said Jordan, one of the most recognized sports figures in the world. "It's an itch that still needs to be scratched here, and I don't want that itch to bother me for the rest of my life.

"What I'm trying to do is get that last scratch in."

NBA rules required Jordan, 38, to relinquish his ownership with the Wizards, which he plans to divest in Lincoln Holdings. Jordan will also resign from his executive, business-suit position as the team's president of basketball operations. This he happily traded for a pair of shorts and a jersey donning the magical No. 23.

Jordan said he is not scared to fail or tarnish his storybook finish to his career. "If that was my concern, I wouldn't do this. I'm not afraid to take on a challenge."

Version Release #2 :

Face & Courts, Stadium Patch Files overwrites: these part will enhance players already in game with either better looking faces or adding missing tats. and updating court files to enhance logo corrections and wordmarks. Warning "Do Not add this if you don't want to overwrite this files."

Logo file Overwrite: Only overwrite generic logos, all other logos remain. Generic logos for some Create-A-Teams will be overwritten as well as some non used team logos.

Jersey Files Overwrite: Only Retro teams to add warm-ups to bench players. Warning "Do Not add this if you don't want to overwrite this files."

Players Face Files: includes all original file names from 2k9 to 2k13 so no overwriting with new added faces. but note this patch is not compatible with other Modder's rosters, so just in case you should always back-up your files to insure no overwriting this is not guaranteed.

sorry if they are not compatible, but i'am 96% done otherwise I won't release it, but i don't think it will because i use 2k's database Cf files with my roster. but i will let member who download my mod make there own face choices as an option package.

we can try make it compatible after release, if u use 2ks database it can be only few players to fix or none.
btw. i was trying to ask in different threads, retro please send me Abdur Rahim i cant close up Kings rosters without him.

FYI, Paul Pierce first year was the 1998-99 season. He was in the same draft with Vince Carter, Antawn Jamison, Dirk Nowitzki, Mike Bibby and Jason Williams.

not sure what it is that your asking, but just FYI all original players are still in the database of the roster, just as hidden players now. so if you want to have them in the roster you will just have to unhide them. welcome to this once the roster comes out!
