OKC alternate jersey not appearing

At the jersey selection screen I only see regular home and away jerseys.

And I downloaded the jersey (the dark navy blue)

doesnt matter what iff file you have, if the roster you are using doesnt have the uniform slot, its not going to show up. If you are using an old or custom roster, which i am assuming you are, you either need to use one of the latest ones by 2K that has that uniform unlocked, or trying using the unlock all uniforms settings file in the downloads section
