HELP: How do I unlock jerseys in a custom roster?

Hi there! I need help in a roster I'm making. See,I used Leftos' Base Roster to begin with (link: Base Roster (Most Missing Players Added)), but it doesn't have those new jersey slots unlocked (like Heat's White Hot or Thunder's new alternate). I've tried his Roster Editor as well to dumb-paste the new jersey tables into my custom roster, to no avail. How do I unlock these jersey slots? I have a feeling that this is indeed possible. Any suggestions?

you need Unlock All Uniforms Settings File
which will overwrite your settings file, which means...
you might need NBA 2K13 Workarounds Tool

Tried it, and it won't work with the base roster. What else could I do?

EDIT: Deleted my config file and redownloaded your settings file. Worked perfectly. Sorry about that. Thanks, Jao.
