Time for a 2K13 dynasty from me. Once again using the Orlando Magic. Think it should be a lot more interesting and rewarding with the current state of the squad.
This year I have to give a shoutout Ben (Arcane) for helping me with the banners and templates.
I simply don't have time for doing that these days and would rather invest what time I have in playing the game and updating the dynasty,
I actually think this is what has hindered my most recent attempts at a long running dynasty.
Also thanks to Thierry • for helping me get setup with good Global mods, Jerseys, Courts, Rosters etc (Specific shoutouts for those below)

Chose the Magic once again due to the whole favorite team thing and not really having the motivation to play as anyone else for long.
Also the Magic have an interesting future ahead of them with plenty of flexibility and draft picks (I will be making sure draft picks are reflected as closely as possible).
I will be trying to keep the transactions a realistic as possible, but with some added flavor of my own of course!

Anyway, lets get this started. Hope it lasts longer than my 2K12 attempts!

A few "how is my season going" sentences are sometimes enough to make it interesting.

Thanks for the tips Hova. What I am aiming to do is post a game recap at least once a game month, and then any extra games that I find were particularly monumental. I will then do monthly round ups. I may end up doing weekly reports too once I find how quickly and easily I can get the monthly recaps out.

Yeah man, I am a big fan of Vucci-mane. He is probably the least available piece on the team (hell even more so than JJ!) so looking to keep him as a key piece of the team's future.

^^ Yeah I am looking forward to turning them around for sure. Kind of itching to get to the off season, but then there is a lot of room for growth internally throughout the season so that should keep me optimistic.

Radioman, Yeap it's the curse of a Magic fan! I used to never play as the actually, would always use different teams, but over the past few years it is the other way round

Eirsej, I would be stoked if I could make that happen, problem is, he is playing really poorly in Simmed games... maybe I will make him a 2nd option on offense.

I had meant to have the first recap up last night, but ended up taking a bit longer sorting out the template (mainly due to my indecisivness ) so will have it up tonight hopefully. Only a few more things left to sort out for it.

Almost forgot, big shout out to Ben/Arcane for doing pretty much all the work on the recap template. Really helping me out this time round, all I have to do is play the games

What do you think guys? This will be roughly what I roll with for any games that I recap fully. Got a few questions though...

I was going to provide full box-scores but couldn't think of a quick easy way to do it. Any recommendations? I was thinking of making a simple excel spreadsheet to type them into on my laptop while I have the game up on my desktop.

Also, what is the max image size again? This one is 900px wide and I noticed it got shrunk a tiny bit once posted.

Finally. Apologies for the pictures, I totally forgot about taking anything meaningful during the game.
