anyone know where I can find the Street 2004 Mod?
I found one...but it uses gamespy or sth..
dunno how to use it...
if anyone can send it to me or ...tell me the website

Gamespy is free, you just register your e-mail address and then *booyah* download.

Go to www.fileplanet.com and register as a new user. After you are registered you can download from fileplanet using the public servers. You may have to wait in line but they are usually fast. They also have private servers that you can pay for.
