I think this would be sweet (2 Ideas)

1 - Have rosters of the great teams of all time. Old Celts, Bulls. 1997 Rockets etc...

2 - This is off a game I use to have called Shane Warne Cricket 99. You are placed in a situation where say your the Bulls in 1995 say, and its the East championship and your down by 10 with 1 minute to go and you have to win. Something like that. Or your Portland in 1993, down 3-0 in the first round and you have to win the title.

Classic teams would be great, but legal issues make it tricky to include all of the players. Even though most people would probably accept lookalikes with fake names (along with the ability to edit the names from within the game, so that console players can modify the player's names too), some people would no doubt be unhappy with EA for including the teams when they couldn't use the player's actual names. It's difficult to please everyone.

A scenario mode would be awesome. It was one of the early listed features for a previous NBA Live (NBA Live 2000, I believe), but didn't make the final cut. It's one of those features I would rather not see until further improvements are made to the current features, but it would be great to setup our own scenarios and share them (as people did with the in-game save feature in NBA Live 2000).

I dont think it was called NBA challenges, but anyways it was on Live 2001, I was playing it the other day just to do the challenges. You have all the modes, you start off in rookie and gotta complete like 4/8 to move to the next difficulty, the challenges were like win a game by ten, make 10 3 pointers and stuff like that.

They had that feature in NBA Live 2004 (the Tasklist), but not NBA Live 2001 - at least, not in the PC version.
