This is not an NLSC roster patch issue. Moving it to Patching Issues.

You can move players in a Dynasty in progress by editing players.dbf, specifically a player's TEAM and ROSTERPOS value. Make sure that no two players share the same ROSTERPOS value, or errors will occur. For more information about the TEAM and ROSTERPOS attributes, please consult the Players.dbf Editing Guide.

One more thing - be sure to make a backup of your Dynasty in case anything goes wrong.

u can just replace the players dbf in ur 001(default dynasty folder) with a updated player.dbf

That will overwrite season data though, notably player statistics.
