Best mods+Help with mods

So I installed the heaven on earth mod and the only time I notice a difference is in the instant replays. Is that normal? And I have the hardware to back it up so I want to make my NBA 2k13 look as good as possible. I have a 580 3gb and I maxed out the game in the NV control panel as well as in game settings. I can't get SweetFX to work properly anyone got a configuration for that? Best possible graphics available!

For questions like that about a specific mod, it's best to post in the release thread. It's more likely the author will see it and be able to answer questions/offer support.
