Fraps Tuturial

I have been asked many times for this, so here it is, i hope somebody finds a use for it. I dont mean print it off then wipe your arse with it :lol:

yea, fraps is probally the best video capture/Screen Shot tool out there,
thank god now people wont keep asking!

It's best for screenshots. But in movies i've only ~4FPS..
