this is first preview of my new court

those are my what?? are you serious?

those are my courts, my texture,my Hex and 3d work...you only change the center logo. so or you delete this and use a your textures and other or you change the title in " SIXERS85 fictional court edited by mile23" specifying that this is 98% my work and 2 % your.

Regards! I do not know what such perky performance but I'm afraid you're wrong. It's not true that I only changed proprietors logo and that is all yours ... if you look closely you'll notice a clear look that there are important differences. My color, my lines (color), my logo, my ideas and creations.

I did not touch the stadiums and I have a plan and I'm not sure what you want? By your writing I see that people do not make their court because you want everything for yourself since you first posted something. You're not fair ... If you give customers an authentic courts - I appreciate it. But they let me do it alone and offer customers something different. How to make a court?! That instead of parquet put a brick maybe? Instead of being pleased that someone else is doing the playing courts, you're still arguing ... I am very frustrated ... After all, if they really love this game it would not jumped on me ... congratulations!

Regardless of how much you may have changed, if you used someone else's work as your base then you need to ask (and receive) permission first, and then give credit accordingly when you release the files.

- hex colors by me
- 3d structure by me

so, if your ideas and creations are based on my ideas and creation this is not a good idea if your " creations and ideas" are to change a simple center logos.

how to make courts? it's not difficult...sure if less difficult if you use an idea of another.

as i said, our mods are open source, are free to use....you no need to ask permissions or authorizations ( but would be welcome) ...you must only respect the authorship and i don't see any of this.

so, free to make your fictional court based on my work,no problema....but respect the comunity OS rules ( not mine)

it's just a "pilot project" - is not completely done yet. The fact that I accidentally set an example for something that has to do with you does not mean to steal, and so on. Sixers got the point about the authorization part and about following the rules. In other hand Mile is open to the conversation, and if he released (even if, this is not completly done) any work of other people is because he at least liked a lot what he saw

Please guys, you are talent enough to avoid a "ego" battle. One work doesn't vanish the other and you can make great jobs together, talking and sharing knowledge and consctrutive ideas.

Let's settle a truce here, before owners decide to lock this thread or start giving suspensions alerts all around, i'm sure that specially them (moderators) do not like to do it at all. All the community appreciates your jobs! That's for sure!
