Can I trade my player in My Career mode?? Can you tell me how?

From an in-game standpoint, you can meet with the GM and ask (or demand) to be traded. If you're playing on PC, I believe you can use external editors (ie the Trainers) to modify your MyCAREER game and move your player to another team, though that carries the risk of damaging your save file.

And what trainer will I use?? The Turbo Trainer?

yes, the turbo trainer. v1.3 or v1.4, which are both chinese.
sorry, but the english versions dont have a trade feature. i was actually
the individual who had the english trainer made (ur STILL welcome everyone, lol)
but after v1.2 i wasnt able to get rozj to make another one.
