no, it doesnt and all this requires the REDitor which isnt out.

And even when REDitor does come out, it's not something that can be whipped up in a couple of hours.

What I mean in this section...just want this team to play in NBA 2k13 like the ULTIMATE BASE ROSTER of HAWK23 in NBA 2k12...What I want is to put this in NBA 2k13 including the other retro teams in ULTIMATE BASE ROSTER from 60's to 2012's teams.
