Black screen and game kicks out to desktop after loading.

Just started happening today. Load the game,( loading screen is black, no Durant, Rose or Griffin when loading) load settings and rosters, then pick teams, kicks out to desktop. Only patches d/ld were court patches, Slimm44's roster and Cf's and nothing else. Need to find out what's causing this, along with the black loading screen, without having to un-install and lose all my updated files.

Went to programs and features in control panel, clicked on repair on NBA2K13, ran program, then loaded the game, got the loading screen back, but when I load the settings and roster file, then pick teams, start the game, after the lineups screen it still kicks me back to the desktop. This is frustrating.

Had to re-install the game. Back to normal.

Did you keep all the same mods after reinstalling? Just wondering if there were any clues as to what it might have been in any case anyone else runs across the same problem.
