Positioning jersey numbers

I am new in patching nba live 2003 cause i want to revive pba live mod but i have problem repositioning jersey number what tools i neeed to reposition numbers? sir i'm patiently waiting for you answer.. thanks in advance sir

sir i tried it and i use jersey editor plugin but even i make changes.. the jersey number is doesn't change position.. i imported my edited .fsh to my xteam.viv

The Front part is used on WinVista... the Front Left, Front Right, Front Center etc. is used on WinXP by the game.
