Moving jerseys

I play my NBA 2k13 on low players graphic. Everything else - high. Because when I set players graphic to high - jerseys are moving and I get lag...So my question is how to modify my PC (change video card) in order to play NBA 2k13 with moving jerseys?

My PC information:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 6000+ 3,00 Ghz
RAM: 4gb
GPU: GeForce 8600GT (256Mb)

yea you should change your video card...

you can get a GTX 550 ti for less than $100, and that should be enough to run the game smoothly at 60fps +

Do not buy a new video card just yet. Look at the readme.txt file in your 2K13 directory. Look for the "AMD Dual Core timing issue" in the table of contents.
In 2K12 it reads-

Some older machines that have AMD dual core processors may experience problems running the game. If you have such a system, you should first visit the AMD website and obtain the latest processor drivers. You should only install this driver if you are confident that it is appropriate for your system (i.e. you have an AMD dual core processor).

That is what you need. Or you can jump into the config file and enable the extra cloth logical thread if you need to.

No you won't download drivers for your graphics card/Video card but for your processor.

Yes, it's for your processor, not your video card. Your video card does not handle the cloth physics. Install the driver, then come back and tell us whether it is fixed or not.

I can't find those drivers...so complicated search box. I found one but only for Windows XP. I have Windows Vista

Well the one you have already should be fixed. So, now navigate to your \users\%username%\appdata\roaming\NBA 2K13\saves folder. Open config.cfg with note pad. The last part should show 4 entries named cloth logical threads. The first one should be a 0 and the second should be a 1. The last two should be at -1. Save it and see if the game runs better.

Last thing I can think of is the amd 64 dual core optimizer. Download it, run it, and hope it works.

Well I have already installed amd 64 dual core optimizer I thought that was drivers lol. Maybe you better give me the link of these processor drivers...because I'm totally confused now.

Your right. I didn't know it went by that name.The optimizer is the driver. Maybe since out it's for XP, you can fix this by uninstalling it. That is my last suggestion. I have no more ideas.
