This might help you a little, it has no audio but you can see which keyboard or mouse clicks I used when I converted a 2K11 to 2K13 face. It should help you a little with Blender.

Noseholes are not in the correct position
Chin a little bit wieder, nose smaller. On sides the face has to be more straight.
Eyebrows are to blurry.

I actually think the headshape is much better on v2 (maybe I'm dreaming and it's the same?). I'd darken up the eyebrows and goatee a bit if possible, and maybe make the top of his head a little pointier, even, and the sides bulge slightly more. He's got an odd shaped head. Looking good, though.
