I like the old jerseys better. The "old-school" look of the new jerseys look a little odd.

I have been reading a few articles that Zeke is talking to Dolan again. Now today I read an article about Dolan offering Zeke a job. I feel like this franchise is cursed. Dolan is in love with Zeke, we really need a new owner in order to contend.

I couldn't like those new ones... the previous ones and the ones that were worn in 1999 NBA Finals were way better.

Just one word about new unis: HORRIBLE.

I've been saying it for years - Knicks aren't winning shit with Dolan and Cablevision in charge. He's a horrible owner.

Why the color mismatch?

It ticks me off that Isiah will always be connected to my team because Brain-Dead Dolan thinks he's a fucking genius. I'd like to know what Isiah has on Dolan - probably pictures of him with a horse.

There's definitely some bromance going on between Dolan and Isiah! :giggity:

James Dolan confuses the basketball mind with managerial mind + There is a special connection between Dolan and Zeke = that's why Isiah Thomas works at NY.

This is encouraging news for Knicks fans... :cheeky:

http://hangtime.blogs.nba.com/2012/09/1 ... ef:nbahpt1

Knicks coach Mike Woodson, a former teammate of Hakeem Olajuwon‘s, approached the two-time NBA champ about tutoring members of his frontcourt rotation as preparation for the 2012-13 season.

Amar’e Stoudemire, who worked with Olajuwon earlier this summer (above), Tyson Chandler and Marcus Camby will all get a chance to learn from a master. Olajuwon normally tutors big men, but he’s also going to work with Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony, according to Chris Broussard of ESPN.com.

Yup... Stou and Tyson can learn but I think that Marcus Camby doesn't need to learn anything from The Dream. Because Camby is very, very old.

You're never too old to learn how to not be a complete liability on offense.

This isn't an NBA video game where any chance of player development ends around the age of 30-32; old dogs can learn new tricks. It's obviously far too late in Camby's career for him to become a star player and an offensive juggernaut, but he could feasibly learn a thing or two from Hakeem that will allow him to be more effective and efficient in the minutes he'll be getting off the bench, enough to chip in a bit and help carry the load when some of their more talented offensive players are taking a rest.

Isiah never left the Knicks - he and Dolan talk all the time, and were seen having breakfast not long ago. Isiah's been the unofficial consultant since his resignation.

And I thought the Knicks' frontline couldn't get any older...

Report: 'Sheed eyeing return, works out with N.Y.

Wallace, 38, hasn’t played in the NBA since the 2009-10 season. But multiple sources said Wallace worked out at the Knicks’ practice facility last week and is considering a return to the NBA. He has a good relationship with Knicks coach Mike Woodson, who was an assistant with Detroit when Wallace helped the Pistons win the 2004 NBA championship.

I wouldn't say they need him, but I guess it's low risk. It's not like he'll be getting a big deal or they'll be counting on him to play big minutes. I can't see him having that much of an impact if he makes the team but hey, best of luck to him all the same.

Andrew, do you see why I'm so cynical about this franchise, and why they'll never win shit with this current regime? Just what the Knicks needed, another old player who'll do nothing but jack up threes.

Fucking wonderful......

I'm sick of business as usual with the Knicks. How about our crack scouting dept find some young players to develop, instead of these old fossils? Knicks have been doing this crap since Spencer Heywood.

Sadly, they did actually have some young players who were coming into their own that they could've developed, but Denver got them in exchange for Melo. I still think Melo's a player that's difficult to pass up, he's far from garbage after all, but they gave up some promising young players there and so far, it hasn't quite panned out in their favour.

Is that an effect of having an ACL injury?
